Pretend playsets were my favourite playtime things in childhood. Now, years later I see my kids also enjoying a pretend playset as much as I did. Isn’t it amazing to watch them grow up doing the same things which you used to enjoy in your childhood as well? Well, pretend plays are super fun and my kids just love to play with a pretend playset like a kitchen playset or a doctor playset.
Recently I came across an interesting option in pretend play - a dentist playset.
Do you remember the first playset your parents bought for you? We think it might be a teapot set, a kitchen playset, a doll house, or maybe a doctor-doctor playset! And, we bet you loved them all. Playing with the toy set and interacting with other kids of your age would have been a fun time for you.
Now as parents, you know that kids learn well during their playtime, and pretend play sets can significantly help to develop various skills. Today, you will find different kids learning toys that are created especially for children to learn, grow, and develop skills while playing.

Growing toddlers are hyperactive, imaginative, curious, and even creative. Once they start walking around, interacting with words, and grasping a basic understanding of their environment and the people around them, they start imitating adults.
The minute toddlers see something interesting, they crawl towards it wanting to dismantle every part the thing is made up of. While growing up, my baby boy used to imitate every action and incident he came across. Children’s playtime is one of the major parts of their day wherein they learn, be active, and try to communicate with others. So, toys were the best way I could help him explore his curiosity.
Do you remember the first toy you bought for your newborn baby? It might have been something colourful that made a sound. These are known as baby rattle toys made especially for the amusement of infants.
Newborn babies have a delicate body. Most of you may know that newborns are wrapped in a swaddle. In fact, even when the doctor or nurse handed you your little bundle of joy, he or she would have been wrapped up in a soft cloth. Do you know why?
As kids we struggled to hold a pencil or chalk with our fingers and write something perfectly. We all remember how our parents and teachers taught us to hold a pencil and write letters or numbers. At the time, it was a tough row to hoe, wasn’t it? But now, we know how to write, draw lines, sketch, and even use crayons! Yay, we made it.
Some of you may also recall teaching your little ones to hold some of their toys properly. Toddlers need to learn how to grasp things with their hands. Though it seems easy, these small tasks require your baby’s brain and muscles to coordinate.
We all need the movement of our body muscles to complete the smallest physical tasks. Our ability to make movements with the help of small muscles in our hands, fingers, and wrists is known as fine motor skills. Babies slowly develop this skill while growing up and understanding their bodies. These fine motor skills help us to complete easy tasks like holding an object, using the keyboard, sketching on paper, or using different tools.
